Classes combine Ashtanga yoga with other yoga influences to take you through a dynamic warm up, into a series of asanas (which vary week to week) and finish with a five minute guided relaxation. Modifications are given at every stage, meaning classes are appropriate for all fitness and experience levels, including beginners.
YwC classes provide you with a workout, a stretch, but also a mental detox; allowing you chance to unwind and relieve stress.
