Power Yoga does not mean that you need special powers to be able to practice (smile) ... It means that, as you practice, you will become more aware of your own power(s).

► Yoga is not a quick fix but as long as you show up and practice, you will see improvements in your practice, in your energy levels, your moods, your digestion, in the quality of your sleep and in your sex life too...
► My classes are open to beginners and more advance practitioners, I offer modifications depending on your unique individuality and introduce variations and new poses for those more able or willing to explore new depths.
I provide hand-on-assist to ensure that you get the most out of the poses and always bring you back to the origin of your power: your breath. A conscious is what improves vitality, clarity, strength, happiness...

Restrictions: Any medical condition, please take advice with your GP. Pregant women before 12 weeks, after that, please look into pregnancy yoga. :)
