Intensive Barre Fitness body sculpt and dynamic and static stretch combination to maximise results in every class. Cut deep into your core, leg, arm and back muscles and kick your metabolism over into fat burning mode with a 35-minute power blast workout. Exercises include body weight conditioning, barre, floor barre, core sculpt and cardio bursts. All working to get deep into the shake and burn needed to shred weight and tone from top to toe. This is followed by a 25-minute flexibility session combining dynamic and static stretching and using isometrics to increase results, helping you create body lines that are long lean and strong, whilst helping to tackle stiffness, and aches and pains, leaving you rebalanced, refreshed and glowing. It is recommended that you bring your own mat.
