AM Power Yoga draws elements from Hatha, Vinyasa and Rocket Yoga offering a variety of benefits for the practitioners. The class is energetic, challenging and dynamic. During the class some poses will be held for longer, thus improving muscle tone and posture, as well as dynamic sequences which are effective in burning calories and improving blood circulation.
The class is heated to around 28 degrees, allowing muscles and stretch in dynamic movements.
