High Intensity Yoga is a 45 mins, fast paced Yoga class combining elements of Vinyasa Yoga, cardio and personal training session.
The class would consist to fast paced dynamic Vinyasa Yoga sequences which will leave you sweating and increase your metabolic rate. You would be challenged to take your Yoga practise a level up by poses to strengthen and tone the key muscles of the body. Body weight exercises would ensure that you get a full body workout in the class!
