Restorative Vinyasa is a slower form of Vinyasa Yoga, focussing on the breathing, correct alignment and stretching of the muscles and joints.
The movements in the class are fluid, moving from one Asana to the next aimed at strengthening and stretching of the key muscle groups. The sequence of poses improve blood circulation and restores the energy in our muscles. The perfect exercise for early morning or after a hectic day at work.
