To get you in the mood, #TwerkAfterWork classes have a diverse playlist ranging from Dancehall, Afrobeats, Garage, Reggaeton and Top 40! The class will kick off with a 10 minute Twerk HIIT Warm-Up, followed by 35 minutes of Full Body TwerkOut and then 7 minutes of Circle of Empowerment (which has got us curious)! Before chilling out with a 5 minute cool down, followed by 3 minutes of Meditation and Positive Affirmations, to still the mind!
