A soothing class covering Asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques) and mindfulness meditation. Each class begins with the limbering of joints and warming up of muscles to let go of tension that may have accumulated during a busy work-week. The peak practice will usually take you through varying levels of Sun Salutations (a Hatha flow of a series of 12 postures) to rebalance your body and re-energise your mind Thus promoting a more spacious and tranquil mind and freer body leaving you rejuvenated for the weekend ahead.
