Built on three pillars – run, condition, move – this full-body HIIT workout will tone muscle, build strength and torch calories. You will do short, intense periods of work incorporating SkillMills, kettlebells, TRXs and bodyweight exercises. There is a strong focus on primal movements which will not only make you fitter but will drastically improve your mobility.
