This class uses a combination cardio, bodyweight and functional training kit to give an all over supercharged workout. A reasonable level of fitness is required to enjoy this class as we move around the park.
The focus is on correct movement at your own maximum pace.

Thursday 6.30pm | Hyde Park Diana Memorial Fountain Carpark (opposite Serpentine Gallery)
*Points to note*
- This class is outside so please come wearing appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
- A reasonable level of fitness is required to enjoy this class as we move around the park.
