Circuits at a challenging level of weights to fit your abilities - like a less technically challenging CrossFit. Simple deadlift and squat technique coaching. Upper body work; dumbbell presses, rows and much more. All done in a challenging time-based circuit with 6-8 other members. Strong tunes and a great sweat off!
