The aims of the classes are to boost stability, improve balance, and strengthen muscle & bone tissue. A class of short, but powerful, bursts of resistance exercises coupled with alternating sets of running or jogging. The dynamic outdoor workout structure is a favourite among fitness friends and can help you stay motivated about training. There are no repetitive aerobic or resistance routines which means this class never gets boring!
