Push-a-Bye Baby is the best way to get back in shape after your baby or keep fit during pregnancy - it is not only a great workout but it is fun and social too! You can start the classes as soon as you have had your GP check-up (between 6-12 weeks) so there are lots of mums in the post-natal stage. Push-a-Bye Baby adopts various exercises to suit your recovery and each person works at her own fitness level. Samantha, the trainer, is on hand to show you the correct techniques so that you get maximum benefit out of the class.

Restrictions: Suitable once you have had your post natal GP check-up
