Kettles with Low impact interval training, 60 minutes

This hour-long class using kettlebells suited to your own weight specification. It is a low impact form of exercises, using the Tabata format of 30-45 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest between exercises. The class then works on abdominals and occasionally cardio exercises if time permits. What's certain is that you will leave the session knowing you have had a good total body workout.
