Boxing classes will improve both your offensive and defensive punching skills and will help you develop fantastic footwork. You will work on classic boxing technique and incorporate heavy bag, speed bag, shadow boxing, and focus mitts to achieve your goals. The class will also contain fitness and conditioning work to get you fighting fit, or, just to lose weight and tone up. The gym caters for all levels of ability, no matter what your goals are, however, we do not offer boxercise!
