This class is for mothers and their babies to stay active and healthy by doing exercises (yoga, stretching, and aerobics) together. Yuri's post-natal yoga classes focus on accelerating physical recovery, as well as restoring strength and muscle tone after the birth experience. It is also an excellent way to invigorate the senses and support mental balance.
